Descripción

This section of 3rd Avenue is used as a bypass for New York Avenue and has a large pedestrian flow with no sidewalks to accomodate them. Vehicles regularly exceed residential town speed limits. A couple of strategically spaced speed bumps are needed to slow the vehicles and discourage the residential road from being used as a New York Avenue bypass.
