Description

two of the lights outside the mirror Lake community library flash on and off because there is seem to be triggering daylight detectors. they keep flashing on and off on and off. it is the one just south of the mirror Lake community library sign and the one just north of the sign as well.you finally got the lights stopped blinking that were outside a side door of the library so that is good.
