Description

New traffic pattern is needed traveling North on Chi at Bethel Rd. Make the left lane a left turning lane and the right lane straight and right turn. The traffic will not build up at the light as much and therefore back up down to Meetinghouse. Most traffic either turns left or travels straight. By splitting the lanes this will reduce the congestion.
