Description

There is a serious issue regarding loud music and extreme noise in this neighborhood. When the police are contacted, they take hours to respond which is understandable as they have more serious issues to deal with but what are we supposed to do? It's constant, day or night. Also horns blaring, people fighting, children running around screaming well into the night. Is there a way to contact the property owners to notify them that the tenants are causing these problems? We are at our wits end!
