Delivery truck driver threw packing material from the truck cab into the gutter before departing. Company brand on truck door - White Glove Logistics,
USDOT - 3115768, CA#525930, MC 132839. License plate - 76397M2 Time/Date around 12 noon, Sunday - 9/29/19

Let the company know, contrary to public perception, Oakland is not a duming ground.
