I'm assuming that this will be taken care of, but while you are in the neighborhood, let me ask about another matter. .... At the corner of our alley at Catawba St. is a culvert that when it rains, there is flooding. It appears to me that that ditch is being used as a dumping ground. There is concrete waste there from the sidewalk building up the street and also across on the other side of Catawba. But there are also piles of leaves and fallen tree pieces that need to be cleared out for when it does rain, won't be washed down into the drain again. The visibility coming from the alley onto Catawba is blocked by the vines and weeds, and departing cars must get far out into the street to have visibility. And entering cars into the alley also have poor visibility. Who is responsible for that property behind the Deer Park homes. Luckily those of us who live here know to take it slow there, but not everyone knows that who drives these streets. Especially the "short cut" folks.
