I have owned this house for over a year. This yard debris was there when I purchased the house. I have reported this again and again and again and it was just closed because P. RAINES, the person in charge of taking care of the request says "too much time has passed" and he told me to submit it again!!! Can you believe this??????????

Isn't P. Raines the same "verified official" that ignored this SAME requests for several months and then "closed" the case because "too much time had passed" and I needed to resubmit it???
Please get someone on this case who can actually DO something about it. It has already been clearly proven that person is NOT P. RAINES!!!!!
