@sdeflo- Hello, unfortunately this abandoned vehicle does not qualify as illegal dumping. The Grounds department does not have the equipment or the legal authority needed to haul vehicles. The Abandoned Vehicle section of the Police department has to abide by certain guidelines before the vehicle can be removed/towed away. If you have already submitted a request, then it is more than likely still being processed by that department. Multiple reports typically slow the process down.
