Pretty sad the mother of the son that tore the bags all open an threw it all over said she isn’t cleaning the mess up because they should of never dropped it off in front of there so basically she thinks it ok for her son to tear everything open an not clean it up because it’s now someone else’s problem because it isn’t her responsibility it’s gonna draw rats they already have rats in there back yard
