J. The street light is out across from my house. centerpoint DOES NOT service our neighborhood. I looked on centerpoint's service map. I also put a ticket with them and they say they don't service our neighborhood.

CenterPoint Energy who is responsible for the installation and repair of all street lights, except those along a state highway. Please report street light outages at 713-207-2222 or at http://cnp.centerpointenergy.com/outage .
The following information is needed when making a repair request: the 6-digit identification number on the pole, the address or location of the pole, and the problem (such as light is out, light goes on and off, light was shot out by vandals). Address must include street name and block number or cross streets.
Note to 3-1-1: CenterPoint Energy's SLA for a burned out lamp is about 7-10 days; more complex issues, such as a cable cut, the repair may take 20+ days.
The City maintains two types of lights:
Those under a City bridge.
