Southbound traffic backs up down Mark Tree Rd blocking traffic from turning left from BettyAnn Dr. Thus backing traffic down BettyAnn Dr. Also traffic exiting Nicholls Rd north onto Mark Tree Rd do not yield to traffic turning left from Betty Ann Dr.
