The City inspected the storm system located on the side of 12 Kingsbrook Trace. The system was open and free, requiring no maintenance. Any maintenance on the ditch below or adjacent property would be maintained by the property owner and/ or HOA.

This culvert/ditch runs to Sullivan Branch (Creek that connects lake. Between my house and Sullivan Branch, water does not flow all the way to creek and has washed out a mini sinkhole. Issues directly behind my house, holes can be seen approximately 150' back before oyu hit the creek.

Sorry did not see that you had been here. So the association owns or maintains the creek behind my house, also? Dang, wish I knew yu were here could have shown you....also large chunks of what looks like black rubber washing into culvert. Looks like some sort of liner that would be in the drainage system. The City, per our Extent of Service Policy, maintain the storm system, but cannot maintain the ditch. That would be either the homeowner(s) or the HOA. I am not sure if the HOA out there assists in this type of work. The ditch line appears to be on or near the property line with you and your neighbor(s) then runs onto the Lakes of White Oak Community Association property and into the creek.
It appears the property behind you, where the creek is located, belongs to "Lakes of White Oak Community Association".
