Rental property with overgrown back yard; large pine tree down since hurricane last year; grass/weeds 2’ high; makeshift pen made from fence panels covered with plastic tarp; yard is breeding ground for rabbits, mice, snakes, mosquitoes, etc. Residents are an older couple and cannot do the cleanup/work required and I don’t see any effort on the part of the owner to assist especially with the very large downed tree - which should not be the responsibility of the renters to have removed.
