It could be nothing, but I wanted to bring it to attention before it snowballs. I've been returning home for lunch more often than usual because of my neighbor's house being broken into again. Noticed that there is a lot of "activity" during the day at the park. One incident to bring attention to was 2 "blacked out" SUV's...one pulls up, parks...#2 pulls up parks behind #1. Driver from #2 goes into #1 for about 10 minutes or so and then exits quickly. Could be nothing. Black Tahoe CT plate#6653 and a black Jeep CT #763 YAE. Again could be absolutely nothing at all, ut just seems suspicious. Also, what is it with the sneakers over the wires? And does it mean something different if they are soccer cleats?
