If you check, there are always accidents at the intersection of 22nd Ave. and East 20th St. If you are traveling North on E.20th St. there is a stop sign but if you look left or right, there are blind spots. We need speed bumps on E.20th St. between 23rd ave. and 22nd ave. People drive this street as if they were on a highway OR A 4WAY STOP AT THIS INTERSECTION. This pic was taken on 9/30/19. A lady was killed today 10/1 on Foothill and 22nd ave., so speed bumps all down 22nd ave. would be ideal because no one stops for stop signs or red lights anymore.
