The traffic light on Fox Ct. and Jones Bridge Road needs to be re-timed to allow more than 4 cars per cycle to exit Lake Windward Elementary School. In the mornings and afternoons during carpool/dropoff (7:15-7:45am) and (2:40-3:00pm) there is an enormous amount of congestion exiting the school. It took 20 minutes this morning just to get onto Jones Bridge Road, after dropping my children off. This could easily be remedied by 20-30 more seconds each cycle, allowing a few more vehicles to exit the school. The traffic was so bad this morning, that it was backed up all the way through the school round-about. Simple fix would save us all a lot of time and headache.
