Drivers go down Niles St. no outlet signs posted. End up turning around in my yard and tearing up my property

No signs have been posted yet regarding the road ending, now we have cars speeding down the road and slamming on their brakes due to the giant pile of snow at the end of the road. I hope the police dept will have something posted by the spring if not I cant imagine what our yard will look like
