10/3/2019, We found garbage dump on my property at 2134 Market st. at corner of 22nd St. this is not the first time. Also at Market st. there is a RV parking there for more than a month. A homeless guy is living inside. Please tow away the RV and clean up the side walk. Fire danger!!!

When I report this illegal dumping, I am not aware that a homeless person is sleeping under the blanket. City worker did not do any thing. Please tell me what to do, There are business running in the property. Please help.
