Potholes along Baltimore pike from church road to the Cobbs Creek bridge. Patches have been applied, but many washed out. Penndot says that this may be Darby township's problem, not their problem. But who will be responsible for a serious auto-truck accident due to dodging those potholes ? Please see if you can get the authorities to fix them. Many thanks in advance.
