Description
Fix it. Citizens of Mentor have been burdened by having to show up for court only to find out that a plaintiff (business or landlord) is accusing them of owing money without providing substantial evidence. How does this benefit the tax payers and is it just a racket when the court collects a fee for it?

I wonder how many people just don't show up for something so ridiculous. Will the company win by default?

Bob I had a similar situation to yours where there was no proof but I had to go back anyway. It is a waste of my time to try and prove my innocence in response to a false claim. If the clerk could somehow screen for proof I would feel better. Thanks all for interesting posts.
