has anyone looked into this house? They have been caught stealing the water from our hose. I'm turning it off from the inside so they can't any longer. They are still sleeping in a broke down truck in the back yard. They don't have water or a way to cook inside.

The house is full of mold.

this is a hazard for the people and the dogs and even more so as it gets cold. Has a well check visit at least happened?
