Description

Condensate drainage is flowing over the sidewalk. Eventually someone is going to slip on this. Recommend that the property owner get digging clearance and then dig 2 foot deep hole and fill it with 3/4” rock. Run both drains into this hole (French drain). This should keep the water off the sidewalk.
