Your request regarding parks has been closed. The weeding and invasive management is take care of by volunteer work groups such as Green Tukwila. This site is planted with native plants and vegetation, of which is meant to have minimal pruning and hedging. If you are interessted in volunteering at the park please reach out to Green Tukwila's Olena, at Olena.Perry@tukwilawa.gov and mention your interest in becoming a park steward. The pruning and hedging is taken care of by the Parks Maintenace Department.
