Your request regarding parks has been closed. The location of the site is not indicated in your post however this seems similar to another post regarding Duwamish Gardens. The weeding and invasive management is take care of by volunteer work groups such as Green Tukwila. This site is planted with native plants and vegetation, of which is meant to have minimal pruning and hedging. If you are interested in volunteering at the park please reach out to Green Tukwila's Olena, at Olena.Perry@tukwilawa.gov and mention your interest in becoming a park steward. The pruning and hedging is taken care of by the Parks Maintenace Department.
