Your request requires the City to search for, collect and examine a voluminous amount of separate and distinct records. These records will need to be extracted from the City's email system and reviewed to determine the applicability of any exemptions. Accordingly, the City's response to your PRA request will be provided October 28, 2018. This extension of time is permitted by Government Code Section 6253(c)(2).

trying to dig up dox on me now huh? I hope you realize that there will be a whole battery of legal trouble for you if you attempt to hunt down my personal information and abuse it in any way, shape, or form.
For anyone who's curious, this is the same user who attempted to derail and hijack my request documenting ongoing recycling theft and trespassing in my community here: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/6116085
As you can see, this user made numerous attempts to close my request, and kept posting comments insulting me.
It appears that they are now requesting records from the city to gain access to my personal details. They will likely be using this to harass me in real life.
I want to post this comment here to bring this matter to the attention of local law enforcement as well as the community at large in case anything happens to me once the city has divulged my details to this person.
