The left turn arrow to turn onto Parkview Ln from Old Milton Parkway eastbound is broken -- it never turned green today, forcing all left turners to turn against the red. All other lights at the intersection appeared to be functioning properly, so maybe it's a problem with the street sensor instead of the light itself?

This also goes with a different work order. The service request ID is #5232. I have not got an update about this. Just wanting an update. They were supposed to correct this a month ago and also install a flashing yellow light.

So, I agree that the other issue should be looked into, but it's a long-term thing. This is an actual malfunction that needs to be fixed immediately before it causes an accident.

I agree with that because I also had to turn on red because of the malfunction. Thank you for posting it so it can get corrected.

To be clear, I turn at this light every day and what I observed this evening was not the normal behavior. We NEVER got a green arrow at all today, not just a too-short one.
