PLENTY OF LEGAL PARKING WITHOUT OBSTRUCTING PEDESTRIAN TERIAN AND CARS EXITING SAFELY.

Even though not technically parked on the crosswalk but both vehicles are obviously parked less than 25 feet from the corner. Maybe a call to the PD non emergency number is in order
