Driveway access is continually blocked at various times by various vehicles. The encroachment is getting worse as this is a one way road. It is an access and safety issue as vehicles exiting must swing towards oncomming traffic to get a proper angle. By doing this vehicles have to drop from the curb. Smaller & standard vehicles may not be able to do that. Larger/service vehicles may still not have an angle, especially with any trailer. Any vehicles that are over the line and blocking/obstructing free access of a property should be towed from a public road. This is a disruption of business in an already congested area.

Please enforce proper street parking as service vehicles are not able to correctly enter/exit the property due to vehicles continually parking illegally over the street parking lines and obstructing the driveway.

Same vehicle is halfway blocking the driveway access.

Prior ownership had issues with street parking blocking the driveway. They had painted no parking on the street but it adds to the confusion because they did itin white and the wording is faded. I would like to have the curbside & driveway skirt painted yellow to signify florida law of no parking as well as a red city 24/7 tow away zone sign. The lines need to be repainted and I would like to discuss this further. This is a access and safety issue as cars that block the driveway block the view of standard and lower vehicles as well as oncoming traffic cannot see vehicles exiting as well.

Parking enforcement is aware of the issue and officers have been directed to check the area routinely.

The curbs/driveway skirt have been painted yellow in the past and are faded. I would like to have them repainted as well as a 24/7 tow sign posted for the street. I would like to know who to contact to coordinate this. Please advise. Thanks.

This exact signage is what is needed around driveway skirts and intersections. Can we have these posted accordingly?
