I wouldn't be holding my breath until the city acts on this. The whole area around Victoria Park has turned into a barrio with graffiti everywhere which indicates gang activity. And again the city does nothing to correct the situation. 20 years ago when I moved into Corona it was a very nice place to live compared to several cities we looked at. There was no graffiti, the city owned areas, parkways and parks, were kept up and looked great. The old city council was more interested with making deals with the contractors from Orange county to build more houses and they didn't pay any attention on how the city was declining. A new city council was elected on hopes that things would be better. What a big let down that has been.
