Description

Tenant moved out and left a couch, 7 mattresses, full recycling bins of garbage. He will not cal the city for a special pickup. This is an eyesore and makes our street look junky. Can the Trash Dept please help? Usually this stuff sits around for 6 months before anyone comes to get it. The landlord doesn’t care.
