Description

Fire trucks and ambulances use sirens excessively, when not needed, constantly. Its impossible to sleep in New Haven.

It is illegal for emergency vehicles to run with lights but no sirens when they are disregarding laws, regulations, or ordinances governing movement or turning in specific directions, or driving faster than the speed limit. You live between two hospitals in a city full of traffic lights.
