Description

These off haul trucks are taking up two lanes of El Camino during rush hour. Driving erratically, and not taking the safety of the public into consideration. No traffic control in place. Trucks run ref lights to get into the site. A very dangerous situation that is causing a major back up on a busy road. This has been going on for weeks and nothing has changed.
