It seems as if nobody else believes that this tree/sidewalk issue is a major concern. Almost every day, I witness people having to go out into the street to navigate around this problem, which is not a safe thing to do on this tight street. I don’t understand why it is not being properly addressed! Perhaps this is not the appropriate agency or vehicle to use to address the issue. Perhaps the agency that monitors ADA compliance would be more appropriate. I’ll try that next.

This is unbelievable! Absolutely nothing has been done to address this matter! Why is this matter being ignored? Probably because it is not directly/personally affecting any of the decision makers!!!

This matter still has not been addressed appropriately. The tree needs to be removed and the sidewalk repaired such that wheelchairs and baby carriages can safely pass. Now that COVID-19 has become a priority, as it should be, this issue will take a back seat, but it is far from being resolved.

This continues to remain an issue. I hope when this pandemic quiets down that some attention can return to these long-standing safety and accessibility issues.

The issue remains unaddressed. Parents pushing carriage have to walk in the street, which is unacceptable!! Please address this protruding tree/root problem before someone gets injured by being forced into the street and tripping/falling over the roots.

Why is the City ignoring this hazard? I know we are still fighting this COVID-19 pandemic, however, it seems that this concern was initially reported well before the pandemic arrived.

ADA I’ll be informed of this outstanding matter. Hopefully it will be addressed/corrected in 2021.

This matter is even worse during these snowy months.

This tree/sidewalk issue remains unaddressed. With spring on its way, COVID vaccinations becoming available, and more residents moving about, I hope that the City will properly address this dangerous hazard. While we all love nature and refrain from uprooting trees, this particular tree has become a matter of safety for our most vulnerable citizens; children and physically impaired individuals, particularly those is strollers and wheelchairs.

Now, that spring is here, perhaps this issue can be revisited.

This sidewalk is very dangerous for individuals in wheelchairs, those using walkers, and parents pushing strollers!

Will others please help to get this matter addressed?

The sidewalk concern near the tree on our sidewalk list to be addressed this year. I have changed the due date to reflect this timeline
