I question if the wall and shrub meets code set back. If it does the the City should be required to be liable for creating a traffic hazard. Impossible to see cars heading west through the intersection without pulling into west lane.

Why is it that codes compliance investigates overgrown vegetation blocking road intersections but not parked cars? 7th Ave. NE and 1st St. NE you can't see a thing coming down 1st St. until you're parked out in the middle of 7th Ave. This intersection is an accident waiting to happen. In fact, I found out there have been five accidents there in the last few years.
