This is a huge issue as there have been sever accidents related to this "black Ice". It’s understandable to have theses issues now and than in winter, however when this is a problem 95% of the time when the temperatures are below freezing, its more than just a “winter” issue. It’s an issue with the design of the infrastructure. An easy fix would to install a trench drain on the east side of the road; this would prevent the run off water reaching the road.
