Description

The timing in the morning of the stoplight at the end of the ramp from Route 30 Bypass exiting at Frazer Route 30 Business is not consistent. There are many times where traffic on Business 30 gets two cycles of green lights to the exiting ramp's one cycle, causing a backup on the exiting ramp. Traffic on Bus. 30 gets their turn signal arrows, then the regular green light. Eastbound traffic is then stopped while westbound traffic gets an extended green with an arrow, after which westbound traffic once again gets a regular green light. The timing just needs to be fixed so everyone gets one cycle and keeps traffic moving during rush hour.
