As lady with stroller got the crosswalk sign to walk thru as right of way across Grand and JC cop abruptly turned right onto Grand from Warren not allowing any of the pedestrians to cross first..a bit disappointing. If cops do not follow and enforce right of way At crosswalk, then who will. Ongoing issue and remember law is pedestrian has to be fully across to other side before cars can take the turn....this never happens here as cars go onto sidewalk to make right turn. Something has to be done at this intersection including....delayed green for pedestrians and no turn on red. This is Near 2 schools and 2 daycares.
