FayFixIt assigned this issue to Solid Waste

Thank you for using FayFixIt. Bulk limbs are now collected one business day after weekly yard waste collection day each week. You will no longer need to schedule limb piles for collection. Please place bags separately from your limb pile as two different trucks will collect these items. Your request has been reported to Solid Waste management for further investigation.

Fayetteville Residents, concerning your report of missed Yard Waste & Limb collection, the City of Fayetteville is working diligently to remove them. There is a high volume of yard waste and limbs across the municipality, and due to operational circumstances affected by COVID-19, the service is delayed. The Solid Waste Division is aware of the yard waste and limb piles and moving quickly to remove them from residential curbs. Please do not continue to add to your waste piles, as this may result in your waste exceeding the ordinance limits. Thank you for your patience.
