Also, there is a high pile of grass clippings and branches down in this alley near the intersection with the alley that runs between Belvedere and Albermarle. These would be in the way of a Georgia Power truck if it needs to access the power lines in the alley (the transformers are often needing repair). We want Georgia Power to be able to get through if the power goes out.
