Very interesting. The same MO was used to dump a truckload of garbage the other day: bundling it up with rope, tying the end of the rope to a pole (in that case) and then driving off. The disgusting, lazy dumpers don't even have to lift it out of the truck bed. It's pulled out as they drive forward.
