Description

I was on a bicycle today at about 5:15pm and the driver of this vehicle was laying on their horn, yelling and swearing at bicyclists out their window, revving their engine when stopped at a traffic light, and aggressively passed cyclists at a speed that should not be used in a neighborhood with children everywhere.

Also, note in the photo that the driver of the vehicle has both hands on their cell phone while on the road.

I cycle in this area everyday and have never come across someone as aggressive and full of rage as this driver. Please watch out.
