Why cant this issue be addressed in the heart of the HD? This site has contiguous complaints by citizens and adjacent property owners nothing is happening.

The city lost the time with this car shop , they don’t understand the instructions of the personal in charge of in the city .

40-6-203. Stopping, standing, or parking prohibited in specified places; stopping or standing for collecting municipal solid waste or recovered materials

(a) Except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or in compliance with law or the directions of a police officer or official traffic-control device, no person shall:

(1) Stop, stand, or park a vehicle:

(A) On the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked at the edge of a curb of a street;

(B) On a sidewalk; <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

The sidewalk do need a correction. And The cars use more assigned space .

This particular address/location has a open and active case in our internal system. A response was provided under SCF#6630828 on 09/09/19.
A citation was issued to the property and is currently pending a court hearing on October 31, 2019. Once a citation is issued, the matter is handled by the Courts. However, Code Enforcement staff continues to monitor the violations and document (take photos) for this case.
