Description
Refrigerator was dumped on side walk while demo work is being done at apartment complex . As you can see the doors were left on so it could be a safety hazard. It is also blocking the sidewalk. Can arrangements be made for a pick up. Can someone also address the trash bins that are being left curbside 24/7 at this address. Not the best neighbors.
