The city of Belvidere has taken note of a pile of trash that has been behind the Rosa Martinez Tax Service, 121 N. State St., for more than a month.
As a result, the Belvidere Police Department will be looking into the matter, said Jenny Tegen, assistant city clerk, on Tuesday (1/4/11).
