I live in 1628 Ella T. Grasso Blvd. There is a large old tree near my house and close to the sidewalk that is at risk of falling ( a large branch fell down a few years ago and brought down the electric wire). I want to know whether this tree is considered on my property and therefore my responsibility to take care of, or on city property. thank you for your attention.
