As it turns out Calarco Court is not an accepted street; this means this street is not in the City of Burlington public right-of-way (ROW). Given that Calarco Court is not in the public RPW, resident parking permits are not a possibility. Only fully accepted streets within a resident parking designated zone may obtain resident parking.
You can discuss this issue with the DPW Commission at their next meeting on Wednesday, January 15th, 2020 at 6:30 pm. This meeting will be in our Front Conference Room, our office is at 645 Pine Street. The Department of Public Works has resolved this request.
