Will anything ever be done about this yard? I play golf out here frequently and this has to be one of the worst yards on the course. One of my playing partners went to retrieve a ball from this yard and almost got cut by a bunch of razor wire that is draped over a woodpile and covered in weeds and vines. The entire yard and deck is covered in junk and blue tarps. This is a dangerous situation and I can't imagine that the homeowner's association has let this yard get so bad. If someone gets hurt out here, I believe the homeowner's association would be liable for not enforcing the covenants that require owners to keep their yard neat and free of junk.
