Lastly. All new since yesterday

I reported about the same issue and sane location twice already, and each time city just writes some empty responses and closes the ticket, instead someone from the city getting up and walk this trail alone the fence at Alma st and Caltrain. The crew cutting some trees there, but it seems never the righ one or all that it need it to be!!!

We've had more than enough "tree trouble" this year. Please fix.
