Description

Took 13 minutes to turn left going from Haynes bridge to North point parkway. We were the front car and it went through about four to five cycles all the way around before you could turn west west onto North point Pkwy. The straight through green turned on but the left turn green never turned. Many cars turned left on red in front of me since we were stuck in the very left turn lane. I timed it and it took 13 minutes before it turned green for me, at which point I was the front car. Because I was in the very left lane I couldn't even get over to go straight across North point. Please address asap. Not sure if something is wrong with the signal trigger or the programming.
