For the las 3 months and almost every day there have been dump trucks full of dirt and debris( of what looks like concrete and pavement) and they are dumping their cargo in the back yard of 1320 tarrant rd 21060, the house backs to woods and the drainage of the road goes in that direction, there is a small creek back there. The county fix the drainage of the street less than a year ago because the street was flooding. I dont see any notice of permit display in the house saying that this type of construction is permitted. like I said this has been going on for at least 3 months and 10 to 12 trucks a day is a lot, this situation will also damage the street pavement. please check this as soon as possible
